1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), personal data collected through this website is processed by Celal Bayar Plaza Management as data controller, as described below.

2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, company / unit, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
- Security logs: IP address, browser details, date and time recorded technically by the hosting provider when you visit the site.
- Cookie data: visit statistics collected through Google Analytics, only if you give consent (see "Cookies" below).
3. Purposes
To answer your requests, maintenance reports and questions; to run building management services and communicate with tenants and visitors; to keep the website secure and operational; with your consent, to measure site usage; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through the contact form and cookies. Contact form and security data are processed on the grounds set out in KVKK Art. 5/2 (performance of a contract, establishment or protection of a right, legal obligation and legitimate interest). Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
5. Transfers
Where necessary to handle your request, data may be shared with the relevant tenant company, and with public authorities where required by law. The site relies on service providers located abroad: Netlify, Inc. (USA) for hosting and the contact form, and Google for maps, fonts, content spreadsheets and, with your consent, analytics. Such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for 2 years after the request is closed and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights and how to apply
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to adverse outcomes of solely automated processing, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Send your request in writing to the address above or by email to celalbayarplaza@gmail.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
8. Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visitor statistics. These cookies are set only if you select "Accept" in the cookie banner. No analytics cookies are used without your consent.
